Chandler Corners is 153 units of mixed-use for-sale housing. Of these, 104 units are under the city’s Adaptive Reuse Ordinance and comprise the conversion of an existing 4-story medical office building built in the 1970s. Included on the adaptive reuse site are two additional buildings that include 9 new townhouses. Across the street on Chandler Blvd are 40 units of new for-sale townhouses. The project also includes the rehab of an existing 250-car parking garage. The project is a joint venture collaboration with David Baker Architects in San Francisco.
